METHODS
You will be billed in UK pounds which will be converted to your currency by your card issuer. We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo,(WE DO NOT ACCEPT American Express or Diners Club), Cheques (in GB Pounds) and UK postal orders. If paying by cheque, goods will be dispatched once we have receipt of the cheque and it has cleared (5 working days). If paying by postal order goods will be dispatched on receipt of the postal order. Please do not send cash through the post to pay for an order!.

When placing an order, the address given must be the same as that registered with your credit card company. As a company we check to ensure the billing address matches the address the credit card bill goes to. UK MAINLAND ORDERS
mayhemboardstore.co.uk will despatch your order within one working day of it being placed subject to stock levels. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you.

ALL SHIPPING PRICES FOR ITEMS ARE DISPLAYED WITH THE PRODUCTS.

All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon - Fri. (also excludes bank or public holidays)

Standard delivery orders are despatched with Royal Mail, are to sign for and take 3-5 working days (Mon - Fri). If you live in a far away location in the UK please allow an extra couple of days for delivery. We use Royal Mail and FASTWAY for our UK deliveries.

Orders placed on Next Day delivery are despatched with FASTWAY and will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order. Our courier company aims to deliver before 1.00pm. Items can be delivered on our next working day service as long as they are ordered before 12.00am (Mon - Fri). Please note that orders dispatched 'Next Day' on Friday may not be delivered on Saturday, our courier company reserves the right to deliver on 'non-working days', subject to capacity, in which case orders will be delivered on a Monday.

The delivery tariffs for mainland UK are as follows:

• Free Postage on any DVD(s), Book(s), Soft Goods Clothing and other small selected items.

• Footwear is charged at standard rate of £3.00 ( excludes snowboard boots and oversized items)

• Any standard item(s) via Royal Mail 3-5 day delivery will be charged @ £3.00/£5.00.(Excludes snowboards and oversized items)

• Any standard item(s) with next day delivery will be charged an additional £3.00.

• Snowboard(s) and oversized item(s) will be sent via FASTWAY COURIERS and LB Couriers Ltd (next day and insured) @ £12.95.

The highest postage value within your order is all you pay!!!

Examples: If you bought asnowboard DVD (free postage), a pair of trainers (standard postage - £3.00) and a snowboard(£12.95 postage/next day) all you would pay is £12.95 total for postage - or - If you bought a book (free postage), a pair of jeans (standard postage - £3.00), a T-shirt (standard postage - £3.00) and a cap (standard postage - £3.00) all you would pay is £3.00 TOTAL for postage.

*Standard item next day postage cost applies if next day service is required on DVDs, Books and other small selected items.

DELIVERY DATE REQUESTS
If you are ordering goods for a particular date or as a gift for a birthday etc., please inform us so we can make every effort to meet this deadline.

BACK-ORDERS
We carry stock of snowboards, boots, bindings and snowboarding accessories, however, despite our best efforts, particularly popular items can sell out and when this is the case, we will inform you of the expected earliest delivery date. Please inform us should you wish to cancel at any time.

PRE-ORDERS
Where an item is marked as ìAvailable for pre-orderî an expected delivery date will be shown. If you order the goods, they will be dispatched as soon as we receive them from our suppliers.

LOST ITEMS
Please contact us imediately if you suspect your goods are lost in the post. Please note that we cannot send replacement items for missing parcels until they have been missing within the postal service for 7 working days*.

*Working days does not include Saturdays/Sundays/Bank holidays

INSURANCE
We strongly recommend you use a recorded(next day)/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit after leaving our premises. If you live outside the UK please contact us for a price guide.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK WITH A FULLY FILLED OUT RETURNS FORM (click here for printable version) AND AN AUTHORISED RETURN NUMBER (contact us for a returns number by either phone on 01904 655062 or e-mail admin@mayhemboardstore.co.uk) Items sent back without a returns number may not be accepted.

Videos and DVDs will not be accepted unless they are returned sealed. Magazines also cannot be accepted. Skateboard setups are custom made to the customerís order and therefore cannot be returned. In addition, snapped or cracked boards usually occur when your foot is in the wrong position when landing a trick or grab. Unfortunately, if this happens, mayhemboardstore.co.uk. can not replace your broken board or a board with pressure cracks. You will be required to pay postage when returning your exchange items to us. (Please note that items returned to us by post are sent entirely at your own risk). You can also return non-faulty goods to any of our shops for an exchange only ñ please bring your invoice/receipt with you.

Faulty items are dealt with individually. Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and all will have to be inspected by us and some by the manufacturer before we can accept them as faulty. Please return your goods to us - once we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will offer a FREE repair, replacement, exchange or refund. Refunds will be given within 30 days of the agreement to refund.

We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Please be aware that in order to comply with Health & Safety regulations any faulty items should be returned for assessment free from mud and dirt. We regret that we are unable to process items that do not meet with this criteria.
